Shipping, Return Policy, Privacy Policy and Other Info

@Roxi's place offers both shipping and in-store pick up.  We ship through Paypal via USPS.  you will automatically receive tracking information once the shipping label has been created via email   Please allow 1 business day for order processing and shipping.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped within 2 business days.  We do not post items that are not currently in-stock at our store location at this time.  Due to shipping delays, we can not guarantee a delivery date and are not responsible for missing or late packages.  Current Shipping delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping:  Anything under 1 pound in weight. USPS First Class Mail.  You should receive your package within 3 to 5 days depending on your location.

Priority mail:  Anything over 1 pound in weight.  You should receive your package within 3 business days 

​

In the Sanford area?  We offer same day in-store pick up for all phone and website orders during normal business hours.  Can't get here until after 5?  That's ok too.  just send us an e-mail or give us a call to arrange a pick up time that best suits your needs.

Returns on qualified purchases are accepted for up to 14 days after receiving your merchandise.  Sales are final on all clearance items and are non-returnable, or refundable.  We accept returns that are in it's unaltered original condition with original packaging and tags for online orders. No smoke, no pet hair or animal odor, no stains, tears etc.  Refunds will be given by the payment method used at the time of sale.  For all credit card refunds, please allow 2 to 3 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.

Any and all personal information used for store giveaways or email marketing will not be shared with any 3rd party whether in-store or though our website.

We do not have access to or store any of your private information (unless you give consent personally) including but not limited to:  e-mail addresses  your telephone number, bank card information etc.  All credit card and banking information is processed by Square and or Paypal.  Please refer to their privacy policies in the links below for more information about how they use identifying information.
