Wrong style, color or size sent to your door? Was it damaged in transit? No worries, we have you covered. Just send us an email with pictures showing what mistake we made, or the damaged product and we will correct it. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority here @Roxi's Place.
Unfortunately there are no returns on final sale items, altered items including stained items, items smelling of cigarette smoke or perfume. They must be unused and in their original state with packaging and with original tags. Returns are excepted within 7 days of delivery (postmarked).. After 7 days (postmarked), a 30% Re-stocking fee will be imposed. After 15 days no returns will be accepted. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your return and shipping the replacement or issuing your refund. (its usually sooner)
We are not responsible for damaged articles due to improperly laundered items. Please read the care instructions on your new garment before washing. They are all different.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! We ship internationally and to APO addresses. All packages are shipped USPS Priority International

Tracking is easy! Just click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or copy and paste the number into your browser.
What are your delivery options?
We ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Please note, holiday shipping delivery is a bit slower due to heavy USPS package traffic.
When will my order arrive?
